Dr. Vinod completed his MBBS from Thrissur Medical College, post-graduation MS Ortho and D. Ortho from Government Medical College, Calicut and DNB in Orthopaedics. Later he completed his Fellowship in Spine Surgery from Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore. He underwent AO Spine Fellowship from Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham and a visiting fellowship in Spine Surgery from Cleveland Hospital, Florida.
